【摘要】 目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)手术前后非接触眼压值(NCT)及中央角膜厚度(CCT)变化的影响因素。方法:对269例(538眼)近视患者按屈光度分为低(≤-3.0D),中(-3.0--6.0 D),高(>-6.0 D)三组。分别对三组患者观察术前、术后NCT及CCT的动态变化。结果:术后同期组间CCT差异有显著性(P<0.05),眼压下降与角膜厚度(CCT)变化相关。结论:LASIK术后眼压测量值降低与切削深度、术前CCT有关,CCT是影响NCT的重要因素,LASIK术后应根据CCT变化修正NCT测量值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the changes and relationship of the non-contact tonometer(NCT) and the central corneal thickness(CCT) after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Method:LASIK were performed on 269 patients(538 eyes),which were divided into 3 groups for diopter.Group A(≤-3.0D),Group B(-3.0——6.0 D),Group C(>-6.0 D).The NCT and CCT were measured pre-and post-LASIK.Result:There was significant correlation between the changes of central corneal thickness and the changes of non-contact tonometer readings.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between the NCT drop and ablated corneal thickness and CCT before LASIK,CCT is an important factor to affect NCT,and relay the drop of the CCT to measure NCT after LASIK.更多还原
