【摘要】 目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合四君子汤治疗咽喉反流的临床疗效。方法:经反流症状指数量表(The recux find ing Score.RSI)和反流检查计分量表(The reflux fingd ing score,RFS)诊断为咽喉反流的72例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用奥美拉唑联合四君子汤治疗,对照组应用奥美拉唑和胃动力药物治疗,以4周为一疗程,治疗结束后进行临床疗效对比。结果:观察组38例,总有效率92.11(35/38例);对照组34例,总有效率52.94%(16/34例),两组差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合四君子汤可有效缓解症状,疗效优于单纯奥美拉唑和胃动力药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy of omeprazole combined Sijunzitang in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.Method: 72 cases of gastroesophageal reflux were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group were given Sijunzitang and omeprazole,the control group were given omeprazole and gastric motility,4 weeks for one course,After treatment,clinical efficacy was compared.Result: 38 cases in observation group,the total effective rate was 92.11(35/38 cases);control group of 34 cases,the total efficiency was 52.94%(16/34 cases),There’s statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Omeprazole combined Sijunzitang can relieve symptoms and more effective than simple drug treatment of omeprazole and gastric motility.更多还原
