【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy and side effect of olanzapine in mental disorder due to subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy.Method: We assessed by the BPRS,observed for 4 weeks.Result: The total score of BPRS decreased after one week(P<0.01).Side effect of olanzapine were dizziness and lethargy.Conclusion: Olanzapine is effective for subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy with mental disorders,and with less side effects.更多还原
