【摘要】 使用大有光聚酯切片先制得半取向丝(MOY)后,再经特殊的假捻变形工艺路线开发生产出扁平异染涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)。在加工过程中开发出了特有的不匀拉伸装置,可以使得纤维产生不匀率高的拉伸效果,从而达到纤维片段上的高染色不匀,丰富了产品的外观特色。通过合理选用工艺流程和纺丝假捻变形工艺,可生产出品质高、性能良好的扁平异染超亮涤纶DTY。更多还原

【Abstract】 The MOY was prepared by polyester bright chips,then flat metachromatic polyester DTY was developed with MOY through special false twist texturing.A particular device was invented to process the fiber,it had the effect of high irregularity in drawing,achieved the high uneven dyeing effect and enriched the appearance characteristics of the products.High quality and good property flat metachromatic superbright DTY was made through reasonable selection of technological process and false twist texturing.更多还原
