钛系催化剂在PET工业化生产中的应用

【摘要】 在10kt/a间歇式及1kt/a连续式PET生产装置上使用钛系催化剂,在200kt/a连续式PET生产装置上使用钛-锑复合催化剂进行PET工业化生产,从反应时间、温度、产品质量等方面与使用锑系催化剂的生产状况进行对比。结果表明:与使用锑系催化剂相比,在间歇式装置上,使用钛系催化剂时终缩聚反应时间延长30%,且产物色相偏黄;在连续式装置上,钛系催化剂可以满足现有锑系催化剂生产PET的工艺要求,且可降低终缩聚反应温度;钛系催化剂对设备传质能力要求高,不适合于间歇式生产装置,在连续式生产装置上可替代锑系催化剂;钛锑复合催化剂与锑系催化剂相比,可降低酯化反应温度。

【Abstract】 Ti-based catalyst was applied in a 10 kt/a batch and a 1 kt/a continuous PET production lines.PET industrial production was carried out using Ti-Sb composite catalyst on a 200 kt/a continuous PET production line.The production situation was compared with that using Sb-based catalyst from the aspects of reaction time,temperature and product quality.The results showed that Ti-based catalyst caused the final polycondensation time to increase 30%on a batch production line,as compared with Sb-based catalyst;and the hue of the final product appeared yellowish.Ti-based catalyst satisfied the requirement of PET production using Sb-based catalyst on a continuous plant and caused the final-poly-condensation temperature to decrease.Ti-based catalyst which requested highly for the transfer-mass capacity of the production line was not suitable for the batch production line,but can substitute Sb-based catalyst on a continuous production line.As compared with sb-based catalyst,Ti-Sb composite catalyst can decrease the esterification temperature.
