水相中催化乙烯聚合 Ⅰ.环糊精对聚合的影响
Catalytic polymerization of ethylene in water Ⅰ.Effect of cyclodextrin on polymerization
【摘要】 合成了水杨醛亚胺中性镍配合物和二乙烯基乙酰丙酮铑催化体系。研究了环糊精对催化体系在水相中催化乙烯聚合的影响。结果表明:在温度20℃,乙烯压力4.0MPa,搅拌速率300r/min下聚合最佳。环糊精用量为1.0g时,聚合活性、聚乙烯(PE)相对分子质量和结晶度都增加。与在甲苯中聚合相比,聚合活性和PE相对分子质量降低,但结晶度和结晶温度较高,熔程较窄。
【Abstract】 A catalyst system consisting of salicylaldiminato neutral nickel(Ⅱ) complex(Ⅰa) and divinyl acetyl acetone rhodium[Rh(acac)(C2H4)2]was synthesized and used to catalyze ethylene polymerization in water.The effect of cyclodextrin on the aqueous catalytic polymerization of ethylene was studied.The results show that the polymerization is optimized under the reaction conditions of 20℃,4.0 MPa of ethylene pressure and 300 r/min of stirring-speed.The polymerization activity and the relative molecular mass and crystallinity of the polyethylene formed in water increase in the case of adding 1.0 g cyclodextrin.In comparison with the ethylene polymerization in toluene,the corresponding reaction performed in the aqueous system exhibits lower polymerization activity and generates the polyethylene with lower relative molecular mass,though the resultant’s degree of crystallinity and crystallization temperature get higher and melting range become narrower.
