【摘要】 对比分析了不同后加工性能涤纶POY丝的微观结构及性能。涤纶POY丝的性能与其微观结构密切相关,研究表明,纤维断裂伸长率和沸水收缩率随纤维结晶度的提高而减小;性能变异系数随微观结构不匀率的上升而增大。具有适宜分子质量分布的POY纤维,低温结晶速度较慢,微观结构不匀率较低,其后加工性能较优。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of the microstructure and property for POY filaments on post process was compared. The properties of PET POY were dependent on its microstructure.The break elongation,boiling water shrinkage and characteristic structure parameter decreased with the rising crystallinity of fibers;property variation coefficients increased with the degree of non-uniformity in microstructure.POY filaments demonstrated the excellent post process properties due to its even molecular distribution,slow crystallization rate,and low uniform microstructure.更多还原
