氨基功能化SBA-15介孔分子筛的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Amino-functionalized Mesoporous Silica SBA-15
【摘要】 以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为偶联剂,采用后合成法对介孔分子筛(SBA-15)的表面进行改性,制得氨基功能化的介孔NH2-SBA-15材料(简称NH2-SBA-15),其结构和性能经FT-IR,元素分析,XRD,SEM及低温N2吸附-脱附表征。结果表明,氨基成功地嫁接到SBA-15表面,含量高达3.47 mmol.g-1。与SBA-15相比,NH2-SBA-15的比表面积、孔径和孔容减少,且仍具有有序六方介孔结构。
【Abstract】 Amino-functionalized NH2-SBA-15 mesoporous materials(shorter form NH2-SBA-15) were prepared by a post-synthesis method using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as the coupling agent.The structure and performances of NH2-SBA-15 were characterized by FT-IR,element analysis,XRD,SEM and N2 adsorption/desorption.The results showed that amine was successfully grafted on the surface of SBA-15 and the NH2-SBA-15 possessed a well ordered hexagonal mesoporous structure.Compared with pure SBA-15,the surface area,the pore size and the pore volume of the H2-SBA-15 were decreased.The content of amine in the NH2-SBA-15 was about 3.47 mmol·g-1.
