碳纳米管和乙炔黑对LiCoO2阴极倍率放电性能的影响

【摘要】 分别以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和乙炔黑(AB)为导电剂,比较了它们对锂离子电池LiCoO2阴极的倍率放电性能的影响。结果表明:MWCNTs的粉体或水性悬浮物作导电剂时,LiCoO2阴极的倍率放电性能差别较大;MWCNTs结晶度高于AB,但团聚比AB严重,粉体在电极片中局部聚集,水性悬浮物在电极片中均匀分散。AB的粉体或水性悬浮物作导电剂时,LiCoO2阴极的倍率放电性能差别很小;其粉体或水性悬浮物都实现了在电极中的均匀分散。

【Abstract】 Effect of Mmulti-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) and acetylene black(AB) on the rate behavior of LiCoO2 cathode are compared.The results show that rate behavior of LiCoO2 cathode loaded with MWCNTs suspension are much better than that of LiCoO2 cathode loaded with MWCNTs powders,while the rate behavior of LiCoO2 cathode loaded with AB suspension are nearly same as that of LiCoO2 cathode loaded with AB powder.MWCNTs possess better crystallinity than AB,and are more agglomerate than AB.MWCNTs powders partly disperse in the cathode,while MWCNTs aqueous suspensions disperse well in the cathode.The AB powders or aqueous suspensions both diperse well in the cathodes.
