【摘要】 目的观察早期康复对中风急性期患者肢体功能的影响。方法将150例中风急性期患者随机分为2组,对照组50例予西医常规治疗,治疗组100例在对照组治疗基础上加康复治疗。2组均14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,随访60 d。分别于治疗前及治疗后第7、14、30、60 d采用改良式Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)对患者肢体运动功能进行评分,并统计临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后第7、14、30、60 d上、下肢FMA评分及总分和对照组治疗后第14、30、60 d上、下肢FMA评分及总分均与本组治疗前比较明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后第14 d下肢FMA评分及治疗后第30、60 d上、下肢FMA评分和总分均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率64%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论早期介入康复治疗中风急性期,能明显促进患侧肢体功能的恢复,降低致残率,疗效确切,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation treatment on limb function of patients with stroke in acute period treated.Methods 150 cases of stroke in acute period were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine.100 patients in the treatment group were treated by rehabilitation based on the rehabilitation treatment of control group.The course was 14 days in two groups and continuous treatment of 2 therapeutic courses and follow-up of 60 days.Limb motor function score and clinical statistics were finished before treatment and after 7,14,30 and 60 days of treatment by the use of modified Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA).Results Upper and lower limbs FMA score and total score after 7,14,30 and 60 d of treatment in treatment group and those after 14,30 and 60 d of treatment in control group were significantly improved in comparison with those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05).Upper limb FMA score after 14 days of treatment and upper limb and lower limb FMA score and total score after 30,60 days of treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group(95%) was superior to that in the control group(64%,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation for stroke in acute period can significantly promote the recovery of the affected limb function,lower morbidity and is worthy of clinical.更多还原
