【摘要】 目的观察化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴肠上皮化生(IM)的临床疗效。方法将108例CAG伴IM患者随机分为2组。治疗组63例予化浊解毒方,对照组45例予胃复春。治疗120 d后观察2组临床疗效及胃镜、病理疗效,并统计症状积分。结果治疗组临床疗效、胃镜及病理总有效率分别为90.48%、84.13%及82.54%;对照组临床疗效、胃镜及病理总有效率分别为75.56%、66.67%及60.00%,治疗组临床总有效率、胃镜总有效率及病理总有效率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化浊解毒方治疗CAG伴IM有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia treated by Huazhuojiedu recipe.Methods 108 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(n=63) received Huazhuojiedu recipe.Patients in control group(n=45) were treated by Weifuchun tablets.Clinical,endoscopic and pathological effects were evaluated after 120 days.Statistical symptom scores were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical,endoscopic and pathological effects in treatment group were 90.48%,84.13% and 82.45%,respectively.The total effective rate of clinical,endoscopic and pathological effects in control group was 75.56%,66.67% and 60.00%,respectively.The total effective rate of clinical,endoscopic and pathological effects in treatment group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Symptom score after treatment was decreased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups(P<0.05).Symptom score in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huazhuojiedu recipe has better clinical efficacy on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.更多还原
