【摘要】 目的观察复方补骨脂颗粒对维甲酸致骨质疏松症大鼠的影响,评价其治疗骨质疏松症的作用。方法将大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、复方补骨脂颗粒小剂量组、复方补骨脂颗粒中剂量组、复方补骨脂颗粒大剂量组及阳性药仙灵骨堡胶囊组,连服2周,观察大鼠的一般状况,体重、性腺器官的萎缩、血清碱性磷酸酶活性、骨灰重及骨钙含量等指标情况。结果复方补骨脂颗粒可明显改善维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠的一般状况,减缓体重和性腺器官的萎缩(P<0.05或<0.01),降低血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.01),增加骨质疏松大鼠骨灰重及骨钙含量(P<0.01)。结论复方补骨脂颗粒对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠具有明显治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of compound psoralea corylifolia granules(CPCG) on the rats with osteoporosis induced by tretinoin and to evaluate its therapeutic effect on osteoporosis.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into six groups with 10 rats in each group:normal control group,model control group,low-dose CPCG group,middle-dose CPCG group,high-dose CPCG group and Xianlinggubao capsule as positive drug control group.After two weeks,the changes of the parameters were observed including the rats’ general conditions,body weight,gonad shriveling,alkaline phosphatase activities(APA),bone ash weight and calcium content of bone.Results The CPCG could significantly improve the rats’ general conditions and weight,relieve the atrophy of gonad(P<0.05 or<0.01),decrease APA(P<0.01) and increase bone ash weight as well as calcium content of bone(P<0.01) in the rats with osteoporosis induced by tretinoin.Conclusion The compound psoralea corylifolia granules has an obvious therapeutic effect on the rats with osteoporosis induced by tretinoin.更多还原
