【摘要】 目的探讨细胞核增殖抗原Ki-67与X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测35例甲状腺乳头状癌,28例甲状腺腺瘤组织中ki-67和XIAP的表达情况。结果 Ki-67、XIAP在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性率分别为65.71%和4.29%,与甲状腺腺瘤比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两者之间无相关关系(rs=0.0865,P>.05)。Ki-67在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、结节数量无关(P>0.05)。XIAP的表达女性高于男性(P<0.05)。结论 Ki-67,XIAP在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达增高,但两者间无相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Ki-67,XIAP and their correlation in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method(SP) was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 and XIAP in 35 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 28 cases of thyroid adenoma.Results The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and XIAP were 65.71%,94.29% respectively in papillary thyroid carcinoma,which were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma(P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was not correlated with that of XIAP in papillary thyroid carcinoma(P>0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was not related with patients’sex,age,tumor size,nodule number.The expression of XIAP in females was significantly higher than that in males(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of Ki-67 and XIAP are increased in papillary thyroid carcinoma,however,there is no correlation between the two genes.更多还原
