【摘要】 目的探讨复方参芪软胶囊提高免疫功能及抗应激能力的药理作用。方法复方参芪软胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别连续给健康昆明种小鼠灌胃,同时腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型小鼠,并设空白对照组,每组10只。小鼠于末次给药后30min处理,检查免疫指标及抗应激能力。结果复方参芪软胶囊对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能有一定的增强作用(P<0.05)。对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠耐高温、耐低温和抗疲劳等抗应激能力也有一定的增强作用(P<0.05)。结论复方参芪软胶囊具有良好的提高免疫功能和抗应激能力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pharmacological action of immune enhancement and anti-stress capability of compound Shenqi soft capsule in mice.Methods The healthy Kunming mice were given with high,middle and low dose compound Shenqi soft capsule by gavage continuously,meanwhile,immune-suppressed models were made by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide,with blank control group being set up.The immunological parameters and anti-stress ability of the mice were detected 30min after last administration.Results The compound Shenqi soft capsule could enhance the immune function both for normal rice and immune-suppressed mice (P<0.05),in addition,which could enhance the abilities of anti-stress,anti-high temperature,anti-low temperature and anti-fatigue(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound Shenqi soft capsule has the effects of increasing immune function and anti-stress ability.更多还原
