【摘要】 目的观察原发性闭角型青光眼(primary angle-closure glaucoma,PACG)小梁切除术后并发性白内障再行白内障超声乳化术的临床效果。方法 PACG小梁切除术后白内障患者64例72眼,行颞侧隧道式白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术,术后随访6～30个月,观察术后视力、眼压、前房深度及并发症情况。结果患者64例72眼术后视力恢复满意,术后1周矫正视力<0.05者4眼(5.56%),0.05～0.3者12眼(16.67%),>0.3～0.6者35眼(48.61%),>0.6～1.0者20眼(27.78%),>1.0者1眼(1.39%)。不同时期眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声乳化术术前平均前房深度为(2.19±0.25)mm,术后随访平均前房深度为(3.28±0.53)mm,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术并发症为早期角膜水肿17例,于1周内消退。结论超声乳化手术治疗PACG小梁切除术后并发性白内障安全、有效,患者视力恢复满意,眼压控制好,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract in eyes with primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG) after trabeculectomy.Methods A total of 64 patients 72 eyes with cataract after trabeculectomy were treated by temporal corneal phacoemulsification and intraocular lens inplantation.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure(IOP),anterior chamber depth and complications were assessed in the postoperation.The follow - up time was from 6 to 30 months.Results All eyes acquired satisfied visual acuity.One week postoperatively,the corrected visual acuity(CVA) showed that 4 eyes(5.56%) were < 0.05,12 eyes(16.67%) were 0.05 ~ 0.3,35 eyes(48.61%) were >0.3～0.6,20 eyes(27.78%) were > 0.6 ~ 1.0,1 eyes(1.39%) was > 1.0.There was no significant difference of the intraocularpressure(IOP) in different periods(P > 0.05 ).The anterior chamber depth was(3.28±0.53)mm after operation,which was significant larger than(2.19±0.25) mm before operation(P < 0.05 ).The main complications were early postoperative corneal edema,which were mild and faded away within 1 week.Conclusion It is safe and effective to perform phacoemulsification in treating cataract after successful trabeculectomy in PACG.更多还原
