【摘要】 目的观察七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗学生视疲劳的疗效。方法将眼科门诊就医的学生视疲劳患者100例(200眼),详细询问病史并记录,详细检查,排除眼部及全身其他疾病,除外干眼症、神经衰弱及三叉神经疾患的患者,矫正屈光不正,矫正斜视、隐斜视后,随机分为3组,治疗组(35例70眼)给予七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液滴眼,3次/d;对照组(35例70眼)给予珍珠明目滴眼液滴眼,3次/d;空白组(30例60眼)给予生理盐水滴眼,3次/d,20d后观察视疲劳症状消失的情况。结果七叶洋地黄滴眼液治疗组有效率77.14%,对照组有效率54.28%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组与空白组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空白组有效率16.67%。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗学生视疲劳与珍珠明目滴眼液比较更安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effects in treating asthenopia in students using esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.Methods One - hundred students who suffered from asthenopia at ophthalmology outpatient were selected.The patients were asked medical history in detail and given detailed examination to exclude systemic diseases and other eye diseases such as xerophthalmia,neurasthenia and trigeminal nerve diseases.After corrected ametropia,strabismus and heterophoria,all the patients were divided into three groups,treatment group ( 35 cases,70 eyes ) was given esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops,control group ( 35 cases,70 eyes) was given Zhenzhumingmu eye drops,and blank group (30 cases,60 eyes) was given saline,3 times per day. symptoms of asthenopia were observed after 20 days of treatment.Results The effective rate was 77.14% in treatment group,54.28% in control group,and 16.67% in blank group,respectively. Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops is more effective and safer than Zhenzumingmu eye drops in the treatment of asthenopia in students.更多还原
