【摘要】 目的比较手足口病轻症与重症患儿口腔溃疡临床特征的差异,探讨口腔溃疡在早期鉴别重症患儿中的预警作用。方法收集2010年3月1日-8月31日临床诊断为手足口病患儿276例的完整资料,其中轻症组215例,重症组61例,比较2组患儿年龄、性别、口腔溃疡部位、数目、发生时间、愈合时间等临床特征。结果轻症组与重症组患儿口腔溃疡发生率分别为88.84%和65.57%,口腔溃疡的数目分别为(9.32±3.74)个和(6.18±3.12)个,口腔溃疡愈合时间分别为(4.65±1.72)d和(6.72±1.91)d,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组患儿年龄、性别及口腔溃疡的发生部位和发生时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手足口病患儿不出现口腔溃疡或口腔溃疡数目较少而溃疡愈合时间较长可能是病情危重的预警信号。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical characteristics of oral ulcers between mild cases and severe cases of hand -foot -mouth disease.To explore early -warning role in early identification of severe cases.Methods A total of 276 cases admitted to hospital from March to August in 2010 were investigated in the research.These cases were clinically diagnosed hand - foot - mouth disease according to the ministry of health of the People’s Republic of China for hand - foot - mouth disease prevention and control guidelines (2010 edition) clinical diagnosis standard,and were classified as mild group(n =215) and severe group (n - 61 ) according to "guide" standard.The differences of age,gender,and the location,number,occurred time and healing time of oral ulcers were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of oral ulcers in mild group and severe group was 88.84% and 65.57% ,the average number of oral ulcers was (9.32 ±3.74) and (6.18 ±3.12) ,the average healing time of oral ulcers was (4.65 ± 1.72) d and (6.72 ±1.91) d,respectively.The differences between two groups were statistically significant.But there was no significant difference in age,gender,location and occurred time. Conclusion No ulcer,fewer number or longer healing time may be early warning signals in critical condition of hand - foot - mouth disease.更多还原
