【摘要】 目的评价肝癌介入治疗的疗效。方法选择2004年1月—2005年12月确诊的肝癌患者96例,采用经肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)进行治疗,对症状改善、影像学、介入治疗后近期疗效、远期随访累计生存率等进行观察。结果 96例患者中介入治疗后临床症状明显改善89例(92.70%),其中巨块型患者44例,结节型29例,弥漫型16例。其中巨块型患者肿瘤缩小率与结节型、弥漫型患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌介入化疗栓塞治疗对于原发性肝癌具有较好的疗效,患者的生活质量改善,选择合适时机、熟练的导管技术对于介入治疗至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of interventional therapy of hepatic carcinoma. Methods Ninty-six patients with liver cancer from January 2004 to December 2005 were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,then the improvement of symptoms,imaging,short term effect of interventional therapy,cumulative survival rate of long term follow-up were observed.Results The clinical symptoms of 89 patients(92.70%)in 96 patients treated with the interventional therapy were significantly improved,44 cases were massive type,29 cases were nodular type,16 cases were diffuse type,there were significant differences in minification of tumor between the massive type and nodular type,diffuse type(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on primary liver cancer is better,the quality of patients is improved,and it is important to chose reasonable opportunity and experienced catheter technique for interventional therapy.更多还原
