【摘要】 目的探讨车前子多糖对小鼠体细胞和生殖细胞的致突变作用。方法将体质量20～26g健康小鼠100只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,分别为阴性对照组(蒸馏水,distilled Water)、阳性对照组(环磷酰胺,cyclophosphamide)和车前子多糖3个剂量组(剂量分别为100、200、400mg/kg)。阴性对照组及车前子多糖3个剂量组均灌胃给药,阳性对照组腹腔注射。采用间隔24h,连续7次给药,于末次给药后6h将小鼠处死,用于微核、染色体畸变检测。另取雄性小鼠50只(15～18g),分组及给药同上,在第1次给药后第35天观察精子畸形率。结果车前子多糖诱发的微核、染色体畸变和精子畸形率与阴性对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论车前子多糖对小鼠体细胞和生殖细胞均无致突变作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the mutagenic effects of plantain seed polysaccharid(PSP) on mice’s somatic cells and germ cells.Methods A total of 100 healthy mice with the body weight between 18～22g,half male and half female,were randomly divided into five groups.Cyclophosphamide and distilled water were given to the mice in positive control group and negative control group respectively.And in treatment groups,PSP were given at different doses(100mg/kg,200mg/kg and 400mg/kg).In positive control group,cyclophosphamide was injected intraperitoneally.In treatment groups and in negative control group,PSP and distilled water were given by the gavage at a 24-hour interval for seven times.Micronucleus and chromosome aberration rate of bone marrow cells were observed.On the other hand,50 male healthy mice(15～18g)were divided and treated as above for the test of sperm abnormality.Results There were no significant differences in micronucleus of bone marrow cells,chromosomal aberration of bone marrow cell and sperm malformation rate between treament group and negative control group(P>0.01).Conclusion PSP have no mutagenic effects on somatic cells and germ cells.更多还原
