【摘要】 目的评估手术治疗慢传输型便秘过程中采用临床护理路径管理的意义。方法对2009年2月—2011年3月住院的76例结肠慢传输所致顽固性便秘患者随机分为试验理组和对照组。患者均行结肠次全切除升结肠直肠吻合术。采集健康知识掌握程度、满意度、住院时间、住院费用等各项指标并进行统计学分析。结果试验组健康知识掌握程度、满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。住院时间、住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径管理可有效降低患者住院时间及住院费用,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of using the process of clinical nursing in surgical treatment of slow transit constipation.Methods Seventy-six patients were hospitalized for intractable slow transit constipation and randomly divided into clinical care path management group and control group from Feb.2009 to May 2011.The patients underwent subtotal colectomy and ascending colon and return anastomosis.Degree of health knowledge acquisition,satisfaction,length of stay,hospital costs and other indicators were acquired to make statistical analysis.Results Knowledge of health and satisfaction rate was higher in experimental group than that of control group.Length of hospital stay and hospital costs in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The clinical nursing path management can effectively reduce days of hospitalization and hospital costs and improve patients satisfaction.更多还原
