【摘要】 目的探讨外来手术器械质量管理流程,提高外来手术器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌质量。方法将外来手术器械各150件分别设为对照组、试验组,实施2种不同的管理流程。对照组,由器械商在手术室完成对器械的清洗、消毒、包装,送消毒供应中心灭菌。试验组,将外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心进行管理,按标准流程进行清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌。并将2组质量进行比较。结果对照组、试验组合格率,目测为63.3%、97.3%;5倍放大镜检测为58.0%、95.3%;包装质量为55.3%、98.0%;灭菌质量为92.7%、100.0%;质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心进行标准化流程管理,提高了外来手术器械的清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌质量,确保了医疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss two quality management processes for the rented surgical instruments,and try to improve the cleaning,disinfection,sterilization quality of the rented surgical instruments.Methods The rented surgical instruments were divided into experimental group and control group with 150 pieces in each group.In the control group,The cleaning disinfection and packaging of instruments were completed by equipment supplier in the operating room,then delivered to sterilization and supply center for disinfection and sterilization.In the experimental group,the rented surgical instruments were managed by the sterilization and supply center,the instruments were cleaned, disinfected,packaged and sterilized according to standard procedures.Results The qualified rate by visual examination was 63.3% in control group and 97.3% in experimental group;that by 5 × magnifier examination was 58.0% and 95.3%,qualified rate of packaging quality was 55.3% and 98.0%,and that of sterilization was 92.7% and 100.0% respectively.The difference among them was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized disinfection management process could improve the cleanning,sterilization,packaging and sterilization quality of the rented surgical instruments,also ensure hospital’s medical safety.更多还原
