【摘要】 目的观察采用综合疗法配以自拟中药益气养阴汤治疗妊娠高血压综合征肾损害的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将2009年6月-2010年6月河北省迁安市中医医院妇产科收治的妊娠高血压综合征肾损害患者48例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,2组均给予解痉、降压等常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益气养阴汤,观察治疗前后2组的临床疗效及血、尿α₁-微球蛋白（α₁-mieroglobulin,α₁-MG）、尿素氮（blood urea nitrogen,BUN）、血肌酐（serum ereatinine,Scr）的变化。结果治疗组在控制血压、改善临床症状及降低血清、尿α₁-MG、BUN、Scr等方面均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合疗法配以益气养阴汤对妊娠高血压综合征肾损害具有缓解临床症状、控制血压、保护肾功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy together with traditional chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin decoction on renal damage in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,and to explore its mechanism.Methods Forty-eight cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients with renal impairment admitted from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Two groups were given spasmolysis, antihypertensive and conventional symptomatic treatment.The Yiqiyangyin decoction was added to the treatment group.The clinical effects,blood and urinary al-microglobulin (al-MG),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The treatment group was better than control group in blood pressure control,improving clinical symptoms and decreasing serum and urinary al-MG,BUN,Scr and so on.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy together with Yiqiyangyin decoction can relieve symptom,control blood pressure and protect renal function in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.更多还原
