【摘要】 目的:探讨十二指肠溃疡(DU)患者CD4、CD8 T细胞亚群的改变及其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测DU患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:39例DU患者与正常对照组比较CD3差异无显著性,CD4、CD4/CD8比值显著降低(P<0.01),而CD8明显升高(P<0.01);洛赛克、克拉霉素和替硝唑三联方案治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8比值较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),而CD8明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:T淋巴细胞亚群的变化可能在DU的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用,DU的发生、发展及预后与机体免疫功能状态密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the change of T-lymphocyte subsets and clinic significance in duodenal ulcer(DU).Methods: T-lymphocyte subsets of DU patients were measured by flow cytometry.Results: The number of CD4 positive cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in 39 patients with DU was significantly less than that respectively in 24 normal controls(both P<0.01),and the number of CD8 positive cells was much more than that in control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the number of CD3 positive cells between the two groups(P>0.05).after triple therapy with Losec,clarithromycin and tinidazole,the number of CD4 positive cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were increased and significantly more than that before treatment in patients with DU,but that of CD8 was obviously decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion: Changes of T-lymphocyte subsets may play an important role in DU,and immune function of the patients with DU is closely associated with the development of DU.更多还原
