【摘要】 本研究以462名高中生为被试对象,采用问卷方法研究了高中生的成就动机的现状,并分析产生这些现状的原因。结果表明:高中生在追求成功上没有显著的性别差异,但是在避免失败上女生则更会采取避免失败的动机;不同年级和不同经济条件的高中生在追求成功和避免失败上没有显著差异;在追求成功上,很和谐,比较和谐的家庭的高中生的动机显著高于不太和谐的家庭的学生。在避免失败上,不同和谐度的家庭的高中生的成就动机不存在显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high school students of 462 were surveyed by answering questions on paper for their achievement motivation,and to analyse the reasons for the status quo created.The results show that high school students in the pursuit of success is not different significantly in the gender,but girls would take measures to avoid the failure more than boys;the same is true for them on the different grades or different economic conditions.For the pursuit of success,achievement motivation of students in the harmonious family is higher that those unhappy,but it is not different clearly for them to avoid the failure as different family conditions.更多还原
