【摘要】 红枣(Zizyphus jujuba)中含有丰富的生物活性物质环磷酸腺苷,以宁夏几种特色红枣(灵武长枣、同心圆枣和中宁圆枣)为研究对象,采用索氏提取法提取、高效液相色谱测定其中的环磷酸腺苷,并与山东大枣、陕北滩枣进行比较,结果发现,红枣中环磷酸腺苷的含量由高到低依次为:灵武长枣(335.7μg/g)、中宁圆枣(169.0μg/g)、山东大枣(168.2μg/g)、陕北滩枣(140.8μg/g)、同心圆枣(139.5μg/g),研究结果为红枣优良品种选育及进一步深加工等提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The jujube was rich in bioactive compound of cAMP.Several Ningxia jujubes(Lingwu long jujube,Tongxin round jujube and Zhongning round jujube) were selected as the study objects.The extraction was performed by the Soxhlet extraction method and the content of cAMP was determined by HPLC.Compared with Shandong big jujube and Shanbei jujube,the result showed that the content of cAMP for different kinds of jujube was as follows: Lingwu long jujube(335.7 μg/g) > Zhongning round jujube(169.0 μg/g) > Shandong big jujube(168.2 μg/g) > Shanbei jujube(140.8 μg/g) > Tongxin round jujube(139.5 μg/g).The result may be beneficial to quality variety selection and further processing research.更多还原
