暗绿蒿挥发油化学成分的研究

【摘要】 采用有机溶剂常温渗漉法提取得到暗绿蒿(Artemisia atrovirens)叶片挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析了挥发油中的化学成分;共分离出68个峰,鉴定了57种组分,其中有53种化合物与相关文献报道相同,另有4种组分未见文献报道。该结果表明暗绿蒿含有该物种特有的挥发油化学成分,对挥发油的化合物组成也有重要的补充作用。

【Abstract】 The essential oils were extracted from leaves of Artemisia atrovirens by steam distillation and the chemical components of volatile oils were identified by GC-MS.Finally,68 compounds were separated and 57 of them were identified.53 compounds were identical as reported,while the other 4 components were not reported.The results indicated that special components were contained in the species of Artemisia atrovirens and new componets were discovered and added into the chemical components of essential oils.
