【摘要】 采用湿式超微粉碎加工工艺,以悬浮率(≥90%)、筛析、热贮[(54±2)℃、14 d]稳定性为标准,通过对不同润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等进行了筛选,得到了25%虫酰肼.高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂的最佳制剂配方为虫酰肼15%,高效氯氰菊酯10%,农乳500#2%,农乳1600#8%,NNO 2%,拉开粉6%、丙三醇5%,黄原胶0.09%,消泡剂0.3%,加水补足到100%。产品悬浮率≥90%,分散性良好,热贮稳定性合格。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formulation of 25% tebufenozide-cypermethrin suspension concentrate was studied through screening the wetting-dispersing agents,anti-freeze agents,thicking agents,etc.using the method of wet milling.The results showed that the optimal formulation of 25% tebufenozide-cypermethrin suspension concentrate was as follows,15% of tebufenozide,10% of beta cypermethrin,8% of dispersing agents,10% of emulsifier,0.09% of thicking agents,5% of antifreeze agents and 0.3% of defoamer.The physical or chemical properties of this concentrate did not change significantly after the formulation was stored under cold or thawing conditions,and its suspension rate was over 90%.更多还原
