乳制品生产信息追溯的过程与实现
The Process and Realization of Information Traceability in Milk Products’ Producing
【摘要】 RFID技术是当前建立跟踪与追溯食品安全的最佳选择,在乳制品生产加工环节中,由于目前缺乏有效的全程信息追溯,因此管理者及消费者很难有效掌握相关的信息数据。通过奶牛场一级条码信息向生产企业传递形成二级条码,解决了乳制品信息数据获取及追溯的问题,便于消费者及行政主管部门采用Web技术通过Internet实现全程信息的追溯,从而实现对乳制品的安全监督和管理。
【Abstract】 In present,RFID technology is the best choice to establish tracking and traceability system in food safety.In the processes of milk products’ producing and processing,the managers and consumers couldn’t control the information and data effectively because of lacking effective information traceability system.It solved the problems of information acquisition and traceability processes existing in milk products’ producing by the bar code information transfer process from dairy farms to manufacturers.It would be convenient for managers and consumers tracking the infomation by Web technologies through Internet,and realized the safety supervision and management on milk products.
