【摘要】 试验探讨了含赤霉素(GA3)的预处理液和含蔗糖的瓶插液配合使用对唐菖蒲"粉秀"切花的保鲜效应。结果表明,50 mg/L的GA3预处理液配合3%的蔗糖瓶插液能有效延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高观赏品质,改善切花的水分平衡,提高其体内的POD活性和SOD活性,并可明显延缓花瓣中可溶性蛋白质含量的下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fresh preservation effect on Gladiolus hybridus of GA3 pretreating combined with 3% sucrose solution were evaluated.The results showed that the vase holding life of cut-flowers could be extended by 50 mg/L GA3 pretreatment combined with 3% sucrose solution.At the same time,the ornamental value,moisture balance and the activity of POD,SOD in cut-flowers were all improved,and the degradation of protein was delayed.更多还原
