【摘要】 通过常规真菌生物量测定的方法,检测了新乡地区7种常见杀虫剂对哈茨木霉(Trichodermaharzianum)菌丝生长和产孢量的影响。室内毒力测定结果表明,7种杀虫剂对哈茨木霉的菌丝生长与产孢量均有一定的抑制作用,且随着药剂浓度的增加抑制作用越明显,不同的药剂对哈茨木霉的毒力不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of seven pesticides on mycelium growth and spore production of Trchoderma harzianum were detected by the conventional method for measurement of fungal biomass.The results of laboratory toxicity experiments showed that all these seven pesticides had inhibitory action on mycelium growth and spore production of Trichoderma harzianum,the higher the concentration of the pesticides,the more obvious of the inhibitory action.Different pesticides had different virulence on Trichoderma harzianum.更多还原
