氮离子束注入时长对冬小麦M2代生物学性状的影响
Effect of Irradiation Time of Nitrogen Ion Beam on Biological Features of M2 Winter Wheat
【摘要】 为了探索氮离子束注入对冬小麦辐照合适的时长,用30 keV,4×1016 N+/cm2的N+束对冬小麦西城1号分别进行了5 min和10 min的辐照处理,对两种处理的M2代以及对照的出苗率、分蘖率、小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、株高进行了分析。结果表明,5 min的N+辐照处理虽然对西城1号的部分生物学性状有不利影响,但其能够降低西城1号M2代株高,可以考虑将其作为今后冬小麦品种矮化、改良的方法之一。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the appropriate length of time for nitrogen ion beam irradiation on winter wheat,winter wheat variety Xicheng 1 was treated by 5 min or 10 min of irradiation from N+ beams of 30 keV,4×1016 N+/cm2.Analysis was carried out on the rate of emergence,tillering,panicles per plant,FGPP,KGW and plant height of M2 winter wheat and control.Results showed that the N+ irradiation for 5 min could reduce plant height,although there were some adverse effects on biological traits.Therefore,it could be used as a method for dwarf breeding of winter wheat.
