【Abstract】 Potato virus Y was rapidly detected by immunostrip assay,the results indicated that the PVY could be tested by immunostrip within 2 minutes and no-specific reaction was observerd for healthy leaves.RT-PCR amplification could produce a specific DNA band with an expected size,which was a validation of the results of immunostrip.更多还原
