【摘要】 探究了强力型油烟机清洁剂对大鳞副泥鳅胚胎和仔鱼的毒性影响。结果表明,在胚盘隆起期、原肠胚中期、神经胚期和尾芽期等四个胚胎时期,油烟机清洁剂均导致孵化率明显下降,畸形率显著升高。油烟机清洁剂对仔鱼的发育有一定程度的抑制、致畸和致死作用,24 h、48 h、96 h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为1.66 mL/L、1.10 mL/L、0.65 mL/L;安全浓度为0.15 mL/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity and physiological toxicity of Kitchen Cleaner on embryo and larval of Paramisgurnus dabryanus was studied.During the stages of blastoderm uplifting,mid gastrula,neurula stage and tail bud,hatching rate decreased significantly;while deformity rate increased notably.Kitchen Cleaner had suppression,teratogenic and lethal effects on larval of P.dabryanus in some extent.24h,48h and 96h median lethal concentration(LC50) of larvae loach was 1.66mL/L,1.10mL/L and 0.65mL/L respectively,and the safety concentration was 0.15 mL/L.更多还原
