【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对膜翅目蚁科4种蚂蚁的酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究。经比较分析发现4种蚂蚁的酯酶同工酶酶谱带清晰、稳定性好、差异显著,显示出各自的特征酶带,可以用它作为遗传标志反映种群基因结构的变化和种内、种间的亲缘关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The esterase isozymes of four species of ants(Hymenoptera:Formicidae) were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the zymograms of esterase isozymes in four species ants were in significant difference.The zymograms were very clear and stable.It indicated that they could be as a genetic marker to identify the variation of genomic structure in species and their genetic relationship.更多还原
