剑叶金鸡菊内生细菌的分离及鉴定
Isolation and Identification of the Endophyte Bacteria from Coreopsis lanceolata L.
【摘要】 为研究入侵种剑叶金鸡菊(Coreopsis lanceolata L.)的内生细菌与宿主对环境适应机理的相关性,发现独特的细菌资源,采用牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基分离剑叶金鸡菊内生细菌,利用生理生化及16S rRNA序列分析等鉴定方法对内生细菌进行鉴定。结果表明,共分离得到22株细菌,其中H1鉴定为Gordoniaalkanivorans,H4鉴定为Dietzia kunjamensis,H5为Microbacterium testaceum,H7鉴定为Pseudomonas o-ryzihabitans。
【Abstract】 To study the endophyte bacterial flora of invasive specy Coreopsis lanceolata L.,the adaptation mechanism to its host environment,and to discover resources of special bacteria,22 endophytic bacteria were isolated and identified from Coreopsis lanceolata L.The 16S rRNA of the strains were sequenced and analysed.Starins H1,H4,H5 and H7 were identified as Gordonia alkanivorans,Dietzia kunjamensis,Microbacterium testaceum,Pseudomonas oryzihabitan,respectively.
