强力型油烟机清洁剂对大鳞副泥鳅的毒性研究
The Studies on the Acute Toxicity and Physiology Toxicity of Powerful Kitchen Cleaner on Paramisgurnus dabryanus
【摘要】 以大鳞副泥鳅为对象,研究了强力型油烟机清洁剂对其急性和生理毒性。急性毒性试验结果表明,强力型油烟机清洁剂对大鳞副泥鳅的24、48、96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为6.692、6.190、5.908 mL/L;生理毒性试验结果表明,强力型油烟机清洁剂在一定程度上可抑制大鳞副泥鳅肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性,随着处理时间的延长和浓度的增加活性逐渐降低。
【Abstract】 The acute toxicity and physiology toxicity of powerful kitchen cleaner on P.dabryanus were studied.Acute toxicity test results indicated that the median lethal concentration(LC50)was 6.692,6.190 and 5.908mL/L,respectively.Physiology toxicity test results indicated that the powerful kitchen cleaner could inhibited the activity of GPT and GOT,which decreased with time and the concentration increasing.
