长江中游湖泊浮游植物的群落结构特征

【摘要】 通过对湖北省长江中游地区21个湖泊浮游植物群落的种类组成、分布和数量特征的调查,共发现浮游植物36个属56种(变种),以绿藻和硅藻为主。中营养湖泊的硅藻群落相对丰富度较高,浮游植物的现存量(Chla)和平均细胞密度分别小于11.35μg/L和2.12×104个/L;富营养湖泊浮游植物的现存量和平均细胞密度均相对较高,分别大于17.60μg/L和2.28×104个/L。比较分析浮游植物的Shannon-wiener多样性指数、Margalef种类丰富度指数、Pielou均匀度指数,结果表明,中营养湖泊的浮游植物群落结构相对稳定,而富营养湖泊如保安湖浮游植物的多样性指数和均匀度指数均为最小,群落的稳定性差。

【Abstract】 Taxonomic composition,distribution and cell densities of phytoplankton of 21 lakes in the middle regions of Yangzi River were investigated.Phytoplankton in these lakes was mainly composed of diatom and green algae.And 56 taxa(including variations)belong to 36 genus were observed.In mesotrophic lakes,the relative abundance of diatom community was more than 45%,the content of chlorophyll a(Chl a) and cell density of phytoplankton were less than 11.35 μg/L and 2.12×104 ind./L respectively.The content of Chl a and cell density were more than 17.60 μg/L and 2.28×104 ind./L respectively in eutrophic lakes.In addition,Shannon-Wiener’s diversity index,Margalef’s species richness index,Pielou’s uniformity index of phytoplankton in these lakes were analyzed.The structures of phytoplankton community were stable relatively in mesotrophic lakes,whereas less in eutrophic lakes.
