【摘要】 以金叶接骨木(Sambucus canadensis L.cv.Aurea)的幼嫩茎尖为试材进行组织培养研究,建立其快繁体系。结果表明,芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.2 mg/L,其萌芽率为94.17%;最适增殖培养基是MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,其增殖系数为6.1。生根培养基以MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L的长势最好,生根率达到了97%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tissue culture system of the Sambucus canadensis L.cv.Aurea was established using stem apex as the material.The results showed that,the optimum medium for shoot induction was MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+GA3 0.2 mg/L,germination rate was 94.17%;optimal proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,the multiplication coefficient was 6.1.The rooting medium was MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L,growth was the best and the rooting rate was 97%.更多还原
