【Abstract】 Constructing Poyang Lake key water-control project and preserving good water eco-environment of the lake were the significant security and support for the ecological and economic construction of Poyang Lake area.But the construction of large water conservancy project would have detrimental effects on the regional eco-environment.The dynamic effects of the water conservancy project on the water quality and quantity of the section of Poyang Lake into the river and its impact on the ecology of Hukou County were analyzed.In addition,the ecological compensation on Hukou County was discussed from the determination on the subject and object of compensation,the selection of compensation standard and pattern,the raising of compensation funds,and the implementation and monitoring of compensation etc.更多还原
