基于动态化和差异化的高校教师绩效评价体系研究
Study on teachers performance evaluation system in universities on basis of dynamic and differentiation
【摘要】 为了客观、公正、合理的对高校教师进行绩效评价,本文立足于以人为本的管理理念,在深入分析高校教师工作特征的基础上,从动态化和差异化的角度,设计了两级评价指标,涵盖了思政、教学、科研、人才培养、服务社会等诸多领域,通过对不同评价指标赋予不同权重的方法对不同学科、年龄、工作经验的高校教师进行评价,形成了较为全面的高校教师绩效评价体系。
【Abstract】 With the purpose to evaluate the performance of university staff objectively,fairly and reasonably,this paper,based on the people oriented philosophy,analyzes the occupation features of university staff,and designs a two-stage evaluation system,which embraces indicators such as ideological and political quality,teaching capability,academic level,student education and social service.Each indicator is endowed with different weight to comprehensively evaluate staff performance with different academic background,age and working experience.A comprehensive Performance Evaluation System of university staff is formed.
