蛇纹石对唐钢烧结过程的影响
Influence of the Sintering Process of Serpentine in TangSteel
【摘要】 利用蛇纹石代替部分白云石后,烧结成品率、烧结利用系数、烧结矿机械强度和低温还原粉化性能都得以改善,但对烧结矿含铁品位的提高和烧结矿还原性能的改善却有不利的影响。当蛇纹石配比过高时,垂直烧结速度的降低将会促使烧结利用系数降低。综合考虑蛇纹石对唐钢烧结过程和烧结矿冶金性能的影响,利用蛇纹石来代替部分白云石是比较合理的选择,但蛇纹石的配比不宜过高,以控制在1%至2%之间比较适宜。
【Abstract】 The sintering yield,sintering,mechanical strength and sinter RDI performance are improved,after the serpentine Instead of using some of dolomite,but it affected adversely on the improvement of sinter quality and on the improvements of sinter iron ore reduction.The vertical sintering speed reduction will be reduced to promote sintering lowery,when the serpentine ratio is too high.Considering the serpentine Influence in Tang Sintering process and the affect on the metallurgical properties of sinter,using serpentine to replace part of the dolomite is a more reasonable choice,but not too high ratio of serpentine to control at 1% to 2% is more appropriate.
