嗪草酮印迹聚合物在环境污染监测中的应用

【摘要】 制备了嗪草酮印迹聚合物(MIP),用扫描电镜表征了其结构,并对其进行了吸附动力学研究。结果表明,MIP表面有一定几何结构的孔穴,具有特异性选择吸附性能;利用MIP分离富集嗪草酮可靠性高,嗪草酮的平均回收率达98.2%,平均相对标准偏差为0.93%。利用MIP有效测定了湖南省浏阳河水体及试验田土壤中的痕量嗪草酮,表明其确实能有效地从复杂体系中分离富集痕量的嗪草酮,有应用于环境污染监测的潜力。

【Abstract】 Metribuzin molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared and was characterized by SEM.Its adsorptive kinetics was studied.The results showed that the surface of MIP had cavities with a certain geometric structure,and it possessed specific selective adsorption properties. It was highly reliable for MIP to separate and enrich metribuzin,for the average recovery reached 98.2%,and the average relative deviation was 0.93%.The MIP was applied to determine trace metribuzin of water bodies in Liuyang River and experimental field soil in Hunan effectively,which proved it was capable of separating and enriching trace metribuzin from complicate systems and hence had a certain application potential for environmental pollution detection.
