微波条件下植物纤维素降解工艺条件的优化

【摘要】 在微波加热条件下,采用HCl/H2O2催化剂对植物纤维素进行降解。通过中心组合实验优化的适宜降解条件为:催化剂体积分数5.0%、反应温度100℃、反应时间2.0 h,在此条件下,纯植物纤维素的降解率为70.6%,较常规加热降解率提高了32.01%。SEM分析微波加热和常规加热下降解产物的结构特征,发现微波作用使纤维素的聚合度降低。

【Abstract】 The degradation of plant cellulose under microwave irradiation in the presence of HCl/H2O2 catalyst had been investigated.The degradation conditions(catalyst vlume fraction,reaction temperature and time) were optimized through central composite experiment.Under the optimal conditions as follows: catalyst vlume fraction 5.0%,reaction temperature 100℃ and reaction time 2.0 h,the degradation rate reached 70.6%,which increased 32.01% compared with that obtained by conventional heating method under the same conditions.The morphology of degradation product via micowave and conventional heating were tested by SEM and the results showed that cellulose was decreased in degree of polymerisation by micowave heating.
