【摘要】 目的观察关节镜手术治疗踝关节骨折后创伤性关节炎的近期效果。方法 2007年12月～2009年4月我院对17例踝关节骨折术后创伤性关节炎进行踝关节镜手术治疗,并运用关节镜观察踝关节病变情况。结果术中踝关节镜下见慢性滑膜炎性增生17例,胫骨下端前缘骨赘6例,距骨颈部骨赘4例,距骨关节软骨损伤11例,胫骨关节软骨损伤4例,游离体2例。术后48 h 5例有关节疼痛、轻度肿胀1,周后好转,余无明显关节疼痛。16例随访12～25个月,平均18.2个月。根据Baird等踝关节评分系统评定疗效,优4例,良10例,可2例,优良率87.5%。结论踝关节镜手术治疗踝关节骨折后创伤性关节炎近期效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early effect of arthroscopical treatment of traumatic arthritis after ankle joint fracture.Methods 17 patients with traumatic arthritis after ankle joint fracture underwent arthroscopical operation during December 2007 and April 2009,and the secondary pathology of ankle joint were observed under arthroscopy.Results 17 patients had chronic synovium inflammatory hyperplasia,6 had bony outgrowth on anterior border of tibia inferior extremity,4 had bony outgrowth on collar of ankle bone,11 had cartilage injury of ankle bone joint,4 had cartilage injury of tibia joint,and 2 had corpus labarum.48 h after the surgery,5 had arthralgia and slight swelling and distension,but were alleviated 1 week later with no arthralgia.16 patients were followed up for 12 to 25 months(an average of 18.2 months)and the results were evaluated by the Baird system;excellent in 4 patients,good in 10 and passable in 2,and the efficacy rate was 87.5%.Conclusion Arthroscopy technique in the treatment of traumatic arthritis after ankle joint fracture can produce satisfactory clinical results.更多还原
