议高压电能计量装置的接线检查方法
Discussion on Wiring Inspection Method of High-voltage Electric Energy Metering Device
【摘要】 文章提出了一种借助相位伏安表,应用相量分析法,检查高压计量装置接线的方法和步骤,其特点是无论电压二次回路是否接地都适用。
【Abstract】 This article presents a wiring inspection method and steps of high-voltage electric energy metering device with the phase volt-ampere meter and application of phasor analysis.Its characteristic is it can be used either for grounding and un-grounding of voltage secondary circuit.
