【摘要】 目的对合成的氯米帕明中残留的有机溶剂的测定进行研究。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,对精制及纯化氯米帕明过程中使用的有机溶剂DMF、甲苯、乙醇、丙酮进行检查。结果确定了残留有机溶剂测定方法。结论该方法准确,灵敏,可有效用于合成的氯米帕明原料药中残留有机溶剂质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To examin the residual organic solvents in Clomipramine Hydrochloride raw material.METHODS four residual organic solvents was examined by the use of a capillary GC.RESULTS The method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Clomipramine Hydrochloride raw material was established.CONCLUSION The method is proved to be accurate and sensitive.It is suitable for the analysis of the residual organic solvents in Clomipramine Hydrochloride.更多还原
