【摘要】 目的建立莪棱胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药材进行定性鉴别。结果用薄层色谱鉴别莪棱胶囊中赤芍、浙贝等药材中的有效成分,专属性强,灵敏度高,稳定性好,检出斑点清晰。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于莪棱胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control standard for Eleng Capsule.METHODS The main Chinese herbal medicines in Eleng Capsule was identified by TLC.RESULTS The active ingredients in Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Fritillaria Thunbergii of Eleng Capsule were identified by TLC.The methods is specific,high sensitivity,good stability and detection spots were clear.CONCLUSION The methods of TLC identification can be used effectively for the quality control of Eleng Capsule.更多还原
