【摘要】 目的建立一种可测定参茸固本片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的RP-HPLC方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55);检测波长为246nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温为40℃;峰面积外标法定量;结果本法补骨脂素在9.10×10-4μg~0.2742μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,(r=0.99999),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD 1.57%;异补骨脂素在9.90×10-4μg~0.2970μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,(r=0.99999),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD 1.76%;结论本方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining the content of Psoralen and isopsoralen in Shenrong Guben Tablets.METHODS A Shim-pack C-(18)column(250mm×4.6mm 5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(45∶55).The detection wavelength was 246 nm.RESULTS The linear range of paoralen was 9.10×10-4μg～0.2742μg(r=0.999 99).The average recovery(n=6)was 99.0%.RSD was 1.57%.The linear range of isopaoralen was 9.90×10-4μg～0.2970μg(r=0.999 99).The average recovery(n=6)was 100.7%.RSD was 1.76%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparetion.更多还原
