蛇毒P-Ⅲb型金属蛋白酶的自我降解
Autolysis of P-Ⅲb metalloproteinase in snake venom
【摘要】 蛇毒金属蛋白酶是蛇毒诱发病变的重要毒素,在制药和临床上具有潜在的用途。研究发现,蛇毒金属蛋白酶,主要是P-Ⅲb型,存在自我降解的现象。对其自我降解机制及对策的研究有助于我们了解其内部复杂的结构和功能,并为其将来可能的应用奠定坚实的基础。综述了P-Ⅲb型蛇毒金属蛋白酶的自我降解现象、机制及相应抑制降解的策略。
【Abstract】 The snake venom metalloproteinases(SVMPs)are key toxins involved in venom-induced pathogenesis,and have emerged as potential candidates for pharmaceutics and therapeutics.The SVMPs which may undergo self-proteolysis belong to the class of P-Ⅲb.Research on mechanism and countermeasures of P-Ⅲb degradation will helps us understand the complexity of its internal structure and function,and lay a solid foundation for its potential future application.In this paper,the process、mechanism and countermeasures of P-Ⅲb SVMPs self-degradation were reviewed.
