【摘要】 目的研究MEKK3在人结直肠癌中的表达情况,分析MEKK3表达与结直肠癌临床分期、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、淋巴转移等临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测59例结直肠癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中MEKK3的表达情况。结果 (1)MEKK3在结直肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.1%和13.6%,结直肠癌组织中MEKK3的阳性率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);(2)MEKK3的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、淋巴转移等临床病理特征不相关(P>0.05)。结论 MEKK3高表达是结直肠癌组织重要的分子事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of MEKK3 in colorectal cancer, and the relationship between MEKK3 and clinicopathologic features of colorectal cancer (such as clinical stages, tumor location, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis). Methods In colorectal cancers and adjacent normal intestinal mucosa from 59 patients, the expression levels of MEKK3 were assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of MEKK3 was 83.1% in colorectal cancer tissues, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal intestinal mucosa (13.6%), P<0.05. There was no significant correlation between the expression of MEKK3 and the clinicopathologic features of colorectal cancer, including gender, age, tumor location, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).
